Our Mission
Apex Health exists to close the execution gap in value-based care. Health systems, regional payers, and physician networks have invested heavily in building their networks, but too often, misaligned incentives, legacy contracts, and under-built operating models keep those assets from performing. Apex closes that gap as an operating and infrastructure partner, not an aggregator: we don't require ownership of clinical network assets, control of payer contracts, or privatization of the physician network.
Through Apex Base, Apex Ascent, and Apex Pro, we give our partners access to national leadership, proven tools, and hands-on operational expertise, contoured to their level of maturity, from standing up an initial ACO to operating a provider-sponsored health plan.
